Yes — knockdown rebuild is one of our core services. We manage the entire process: council approvals and permits, service disconnections, demolition, and construction of your new home. It’s usually the most cost-effective way to get a modern home in a suburb you already love, since you keep the land and avoid stamp duty on a new purchase. We’ll assess whether your block suits a rebuild before you commit to anything.
Often, yes — it depends on your land size, zoning, council overlays, and street frontage. Dual occupancy is one of our specialties, and we regularly build on difficult and sloping blocks that volume builders won’t take on. Send us your address and we’ll do a preliminary feasibility check to tell you what your block can realistically support before you spend money on design.
Yes. You’ll have direct contact with our team throughout the build and receive regular progress updates at each construction stage — from slab and frame through lock-up, fixing, and handover. Site visits are arranged at key milestones so you can see the work in person. If something changes on site, you hear it from us straight away rather than discovering it at inspection.
